Hisoft Wins Investment from JAFCO and Other Investors and Plans US Listing

From Zero2IPO News June 29 report, China science and technology outsourcing services provider, Hisoft (Internation) Group (Hisoft) proposed US listing with stock code “HSFT”.  According to reports, on June 17, Hisoft officially filed an application for IPO on NASDAQ to the U.S. Securities Commission (SEC), and proposed to issue 7.4M ADSs at a price of US$11.00- US$13.00. Each ADSs share equals to 19 shares of common stocks. It planned to make a financing worth US$111.00M.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., UBS Investment Bank and Citigroup held the position as lead underwriter of its IPO.

According to Zero2ipo data, Hisoft got twice investment from JAFCO, Intel Capital, Granite Global VC, etc. International Finance Corporation (IFC) and ePlanet Ventures participated in the second round of Hisoft financing.

Hisoft was set up in 1996, which was an information technology software and business process outsourcing services provider. Last year, its clients include General Electric, Microsoft, Nomura Research Institute, UBS AG and so on.
