Limited Partners Association of China (LPACN) successfully held a legal workshop on fund formation in China in Jul., 2009.

27 members participated in the legal workshop hosted in Park Hyatt Beijing on Jul. 9. We were honored to have Mr. Yi Zhang, Partner of King & Wood and Ms. Sonya Pauls, Partner of SJ Berwin present wonderful lectures on “RMB Fund Formation” and “Global Trends and Key Issues on LPA Terms” respectively.

The insightful comments were extremely informative and a huge benefit to the audience.   The glowing feedback was more than positive.
