LPACN Boat Trip hosted by the Preparatory Executive Committee has been successfully held on Sep. 20, 2009 in HK. The trip provided a good opportunity of communicating and seeking for cooperation for the members.

More than 40 members participated in the networking event. In the dinner, we discussed and agreed the election flow for the first Executive Committee. The new Committee will consist of five founding members, including the current four Preparatory Executive Committee members. Only Founding Members are entitled to nominate, stand and vote for the Executive Committee. Each founding member can nominate the maximum of one candidate before Oct. 31. The voting will be conducted by all Founding and General Members via emails.
